Heather Lynott Moore is Course Coordinator for Hairdressing Level 6. She teaches Senior Trade Hairdressing Certificate, DES Level 6, Beauty Industry Ethics and Practice, QQI Level 5 and Professional Conduct & Business Awareness, ITEC. She has over 30 years of experience in the Hairdressing Industry, 25 years a salon owner and 11 years teaching experience.
Further studies include courses in Advanced Hairdressing with the World Federation of Hairdressing, Advanced Hairdressing City and Guilds, Avant Garde and Session & Editorial Courses with Toni and Guy Academy, London, Salon Creative Techniques with Sassoon Academy, London, Training and Education with the Open Learning Centre, NUI, Barbering & Creative Hairdressing at Alan International London and Competition Training with Manuel Rodriguez from Pivot Point Academy, Illinois. Heather is also Tutor to our Hairdressing Student Champions at the All Ireland College Championships in Barbering, Cut & Colour and Fantasy categories.
Heather has judged at competitions and in 2017, her students were awarded winners at the Best of the Best Hairdressing Championships at The Mansion House, Dublin.
Heather is also a recent recipient of the “Maura Clarke Training Award” at the Best of the Best awards at the Mansion House, Dublin.
