Access Office and Disability Support Service

As a student at Castlebar College of Further Education, class of 2020. I found the learning support service extremely helpful, particularly the Surface Pro which I used all year. It was reassuring to know that there was a dedicated staff member there to assist me and check in on how I am doing. it is an excellent service provided by CCFE!

Learning support at Castlebar College of Further Education was amazing. I live with anxiety disorder and thanks to the support and understanding of all tutors my experience was fantastic and helped me to face some of the fears on a new level. The course was a source of great new knowledge and a great place for personal development. Big thanks to all the staff!

After two years in Castlebar College of Further Education, I am so thankful for all the support and encouragement that I got from all the teachers. The student support team was always open to give me advice and guide me to resolve any issues that I had. It was very important for me since that I have hearing impairment and English is not my first language. I was also able to use laptop from college which was very helpful. I have really enjoyed my time spent here and I can only say that it was fantastic learning experience! Brilliant teachers and staff all together!!!
