Majella graduated from NUIG in 1996 with a BA degree in Economics and Mathematics. She joined the teaching staff of Castlebar College of Further Education (now Castlebar Campus of Mayo College of Further Education and Training) in September 1998 after completing a NCVA Level 2 Certificate in Secretarial Studies. Majella teaches Payroll and Bookkeeping at Level 5 and 6, Spreadsheets, Information & Administration and Legal Practices & Procedures. In her spare time Majella loves to crochet and spend time with her 2 fur babies, her dog and her cat.
