In this hobby course you will learn the basics of hand building techniques in clay and get a chance to try your hand at the potters wheel.

We will look at a different element of the ceramic process. We will practice pinching, coil building, slab construction and the basics of throwing on the wheel. Towards the end of the course you will get to glaze your own pieces and take them home.

This course is aimed at beginners but more practiced potters are welcome too.
